Wholesale Terms & Conditions

BUSINESS CERTIFICATE 

A copy of your state resale certificate is required to process your initial wholesale order. Please submit your valid resale certificate before placing your first order.

NEW CUSTOMER OPENING ORDER

• Minimum opening order: $200 USD

• All first-time orders must be pre-paid via major credit card before shipment.

• We accept all major credit cards.

REORDER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum reorder quantity: 12 pieces per style

• No minimum order dollar amount for reorders, provided the per-style minimum is met.

PAYMENT TERMS

• New customers: Payment via credit card is required at the time of order placement.

• Approved net terms: Upon successful credit approval, terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date.

• If you wish to apply for net 30 terms, please contact our team to request a credit application form.

SHIPPING TERMS

• Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

• Expedited shipping (2-Day / Overnight) via UPS or FedEx is available upon request. Please contact us to request expedited rates and delivery timelines.

• All shipping costs are pre-paid by the customer unless other arrangements are made in writing.

BACKORDERS

• Out-of-stock items will not automatically be placed on backorder with your original order.

• If you would like to place out-of-stock items on backorder, please notify us at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase, subject to prior authorization.

• Please do not ship items back to us until you have received a return authorization number from our team.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the return is due to an error made by Yumi Hats (e.g., incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect).

• Clearance items and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
